Returns

You have 30 days to return product(s) to our warehouse if product(s) is no longer required. To ensure all returns are re-sellable, all products returned must be in their original packaging and must not have been used.

Please note: The customer is responsible to arrange and pay for the return delivery.

Goods Damaged

If your order damaged during transit, please contact with us as soon as possible receiving your order at sales@lightsphere.com.au and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Procedure

For all returns, please send an email at sales@lightsphere.com.au with the following information:

  • Your Order Number, Date of Order, Name
  • Item description, Quantity, reasons for return
  • Supporting evidence (e.g. photos) to support your claim
